Get To Know Me

Cheryl’s life journey has taken her from the East Coast to the West Coast, the Mid-Atlantic states, and to the Rocky Mountains, where she has embraced all there is to love about living in Southwest Montana. Having owned and leased real estate in Bozeman and Big Sky for more than 25 years, this has definitely become her favorite home base. Her son and daughter-in-law are both MSU School of Engineering graduates, and her daughter and son-in-law are business owners in Bozeman and Big Sky. She regularly supports and encourages her grandchildren on the soccer field, golf course, and in all their academic endeavors.
 
Cheryl’s real estate story began when she was 9 years old, helping her parents with the turnover of their rental property. After college, she did 10 personal relocations in 7 states and had a lot of practice staging homes for resale before choosing to settle in Montana.
 
Cheryl’s passions include travel, golf, photography, and all things related to grandkid pursuits. Cheryl works hard for her clients to find the best possible match to enhance their real estate portfolio and has earned recognition as a top-producing agent within the ERA community.

Cheryl is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of real estate, healthcare business, and management consulting experience. Throughout her career she has led business development & market expansion initiatives for companies across the US, including strategic planning, real estate acquisition, land asset management & development, lease transactions, facility planning and construction project management, along with marketing communications and public relations. Key local projects included feasibility analysis, architectural, & construction planning for the greenfield Big Sky Medical Center; leading the development team for a 55+ subdivision through its infrastructure and vertical construction; along with managing land-use master planning and satellite development projects.

Cheryl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and Social Services from West Liberty University in WV and obtained Professional Teaching Certification from Central Connecticut State University School of Graduate Studies. She obtained her CAPS [Certified Aging in Place Specialist] designation from the National Association of Home Builders in 2013.

Cheryl received her real estate license in 2018 and joined ERA Landmark Real Estate as a Sales Associate and obtained her Broker license in 2022. She has completed the ERA Distinctive Properties certification and has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™) designation and achieved GUILD™ recognition for her sales performance through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Cheryl holds the CMCA® [Certified Manager of Community Associations] certification achieved through CAMICB [Community Association Managers International Certification Board].
